What To Bring With You
We have suggested a few things to make sure you bring with you:
Documents and Money
- Passport or ID (Visa if needed)
- Money (There is no ATM in the venue. Throughout the week there you can purchase coupons to buy beer and liquors during the night. We strongly advise that you withdraw all necessary money before going to the venue).
- Travel documents
- Health insurance papers and the phone number of your insurance company
Clothes
- Lots of layers for clothing
- Please pack wisely and remember you will be here for one week
Sleep & Shower
- Bedsheets are provided, but if you would prefer you can bring your own bedsheets or sleeping bag
- Pillows are also provided but if you would prefer you can bring your own
- Sleepwear
- Towels
- Toiletries
Working Materials
- Laptop or Tablet
- Paper will be provided but if you would prefer you can bring your own
- Pens will be provided but if you would prefer you can bring your own
Social Nights
- National music, food and drinks (including spirits and beverages) for the cultural evening, to represent your country to the other participants
- Fancy dress costume for Halloween Party
Excursion
- Warm clothes
- Walking shoes
